As the Founder and President of The Agustin Agency, she helps authors and publishers succeed in a rapidly evolving industry—guiding licensing deals, product development, and strategic partnerships tailored to their unique goals.
Prior to founding The Agustin Agency, Lluvia served as Senior Sales Director at HarperCollins Publishers, where she led the Spanish-language division to over $14 million in annual sales and steered team integration after a major corporate acquisition. At Thomas Nelson Publishers and Editorial Unilit, she expanded key accounts, including Walmart, Target, and Amazon, consistently exceeding sales targets.
An expert in B2B negotiations, licensing, and international distribution, Lluvia has helped bring dozens of books to market in multiple formats. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has brokered contracts with Big Five publishers across borders.
