With over 25 years of experience in publishing, sales, and intellectual property management, Lluvia Agustin is a seasoned executive known for driving growth, building strong industry relationships, and leading high-impact initiatives across domestic and international markets. As the Founder and President of The Agustin Agency Services, she leads licensing negotiations, product development, and strategic partnerships for authors and publishers, delivering tailored solutions in a rapidly evolving industry.

Before launching her own agency, she served as Senior Sales Director at HarperCollins Publishers, where she led the Spanish-language division to over $14 million in annual sales and orchestrated team integration following a major corporate acquisition. Her tenure also includes roles at Thomas Nelson Publishers and Editorial Unilit, where she consistently exceeded sales targets and expanded key accounts like Walmart, Target and Amazon.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Lluvia excels in B2B negotiations, licensing, distribution, and content development. She has brokered contracts with Big five publishers and helped bring dozens of books to market in multiple formats. Her work has earned her multiple industry accolades, including the Harold Kregel Book of the Year Award for one of her clients, and recognition from peers and executive leadership.
